The Leadership within our client's Strategy & Transformation team are seeking to hire a high-performing and capable individual at the Assistant Manager level. This person will have broad strategy and/or transformation experience, either from consulting or in-house and can be considered regardless of sector expertise. This team works closely with c-suite and senior executives to identify and execute transformation opportunities that add and protect value for shareholders, employees and society.

General responsibilities:- Liaise effectively with clients while working on engagements and act as an 'ambassador' for the Firm
- Design and run small projects and/or large, complex workstreams with limited oversight
- Product client-ready deliverables that exceed expectations and require limited review
- Develop solutions to complex problems and challenge the thinking of more senior colleagues and clients
- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities
- Construct detailed financial/business models performing complex scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Ensure the firm's risk management frameworks are adhered to
- Be a strong effective team player
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to other team members
- Support practice development activities to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
- 3-6 yearsβ experience working in a leading strategy house, Big 4 firm, public sector organisation or strategy/development team in industry
- Strong foundational understanding of the value drivers within corporate companies
- Experience of leading project workstreams and take responsibility for small teams
- Prior involvement in business development activity and ability to contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management initiatives
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with team members and broader (internal and external) stakeholders
