As a Business Development Manager, you will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. You will leverage your industry expertise and network to build strong client relationships, secure high-value deals, and position Forte Group as a trusted partner for consulting, staff augmentation, and managed services.

The following outcomes will define success in this role:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business revenue through consulting, staff augmentation, and managed services deals
  • Client Acquisition: Secure new enterprise clients annually, focusing on accounts with long-term potential
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities at various sales cycle stages

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on selling engineering services
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and growing client accounts
