Our client is a specialist fire protection contractor from the Essex area. They require an experienced project manager to take the lead from an operational perspective for fire protection contracts in London and surrounding areas. This is predominantly an office-based role but will require occasional site visits.

The successful applicant will have a sound technical and working knowledge of both firestopping systems and fire doors, and have a good understanding of current regulations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing surveys
  • Quoting/tendering for work
  • Managing projects on site through to completion

You will have:

  • NVQ2 Passive Fire Protection
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS/SSSTS

This is initially a temporary contract for a period of 3-4 months but could be made permanent for the right person. Application by CV only.
