Research Insight Manager
Market Research, Political Research

The Company:
Harnham have exclusively partnered with a high growth Market Research company that uses its platform and data products to run polls and acquire decision-grade data about the public—what consumers, voters and citizens think and do.
The Role:
- You will be the research manager analysis lead at the organization, you’ll be a foundational part of a fast-growing research data team which works in lockstep with the 10+ team of data engineers and data scientists
- Working directly with our chief research officer, you’ll support some of the UK’s biggest charities, political parties and corporates
- Solve some of the hardest problems in market research and shape where the industry is heading
Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years as a researcher in the quantitative market research industry is ideal.
- Experience at data science firms, management consultancies, public affairs agencies, civil servants and think-tanks will also be welcomed.
- The ideal candidate should be able to come to identify the top 2-3 findings for each client brief through data analysis — and express these in well-structured PowerPoint decks and memos
- Experience in conducting different types of statistical analyses ideally on panel data — principal component analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression and cluster analysis
