Our client is a global construction and engineering firm that delivers high-performance infrastructure projects across Europe and APAC.
As part of their ongoing expansion, they now need a Global BIM Specialist - Standards and Compliance to take the reins on BIM governance, automation, and process optimisation across their portfolio of mission-critical builds, including data centres, in major locations across the globe.
This is a pivotal position within the firm’s international engineering team, driving the evolution of BIM standards, tools, and delivery practices. You’ll work across geographies, collaborating with regional project teams, vendors, and internal specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of BIM across the full lifecycle—from feasibility through to operation.
You will be the torchbearer for BIM excellence, ensuring consistency and quality across the firm's expanding portfolio of data centre builds across the regions.
Lead global BIM audits and process standardisation across multi-site data centre developments.
Support project teams with ACC (or equivalent) system adoption and best-practice usage.
Manage OFCI BIM workflows and vendor coordination.
Contribute to the development of generative design solutions and performance dashboards.
Influence R&D, document control strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a mentor and technical advisor to regional BIM managers and document controllers.
- 6 + years’ BIM leadership experience within mission-critical, healthcare, or industrial projects - data centre builds are a huge plus if you have that.
- Proven success delivering large-scale projects with Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
- Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and quality-driven documentation standards.
- Experience with Scan-to-BIM and data-driven reporting (Power BI or similar).
- Working with BIM across all stages of construction and design - Feasibility - Operational - Completion.
- Collaborative, hands-on mindset with the ability to engage at both project and portfolio level.
