These appointments present an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing residential property team, with each role offering unbelievable career development to Partner level.

Role Overview:
As part of the firm’s expanding Residential Property team, you will handle a broad range of property transactions while working in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on residential property sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Managing a busy caseload and delivering excellent service to clients.
- Communicating with clients and intermediaries throughout the transaction process.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
Person Specification:
- Associate – ideally 4+ years PQE and Senior Associate 6+ years PQE in residential property.
- Strong client communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload.
