Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Product Manager to own and optimize our digital ordering ecosystem across self-order kiosks, e-commerce, and mobile apps. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer experience while delivering commercial impact through measurable improvements in average transaction value (ATV), user growth, retention, and customer ratings.
Working at the intersection of technology, operations, and brand strategy, you will ensure the seamless execution of digital ordering, accurate menu data, and an intuitive UX that drives revenue. As a key cross-functional leader, you will work closely with IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, and New Product Development (NPD) to deliver a world-class digital experience that translates into increased transactions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end digital ordering experience, ensuring alignment with Black Sheep Coffee’s customer and revenue goals.
- Track and optimize ATV, conversion rates, user engagement, retention, and ratings, ensuring digital platforms drive commercial success.
- Use data insights, A/B testing, and customer behavior analytics to make strategic improvements that enhance usability and revenue.
- Maintain and update digital menu data across self-order kiosks, e-commerce, and mobile apps, ensuring pricing, nutritional information, and product descriptions are accurate.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in menu data, ensuring new product launches and promotions are correctly displayed and available for purchase.
- Partner with Supply Chain and NPD to ensure product availability and operational feasibility of digital menu items.
- Ensure all digital ordering platforms function seamlessly and intuitively, improving navigation, speed, and ease of use.
- Partner with Marketing to align digital promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and implement industry best practices and trends to continuously improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Work closely with IT to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system updates, and introduce new digital functionalities.
- Lead and contribute to tender processes for digital upgrades, ensuring the best solutions are selected for future growth.
- Act as a key digital stakeholder for Marketing and Brand teams, ensuring consistency in UX, messaging, and visual identity.
- Two to four years of experience in digital product management, e-commerce, or digital operations, ideally within hospitality, QSR, or retail.
- Strong understanding of digital ordering platforms, UX principles, and customer journey optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of making commercially impactful decisions using analytics and customer insights.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, user research, and digital performance tracking to improve ATV, retention, and conversion rates.
- Experience with CMS, e-commerce platforms, and self-ordering technologies.
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments, including IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, and NPD.
- Experience in leading tenders and managing third-party digital service providers is a plus.
