THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our Marketing & Client Services team on a 9-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave). This role is integral to supporting the team’s daily operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of client-related services. Based in our London office, the successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Client Services and contribute to a range of key tasks outlined below. This role is available immediately.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in updating product presentations and marketing materials with quantitative data (performance figures, team slides, etc.)
• Support the completion of DDQs and ODDs (Due Diligence and Operational Due Diligence questionnaires)
• Manage regular client reporting requests and database reporting
• Assist in the preparation of newsletters and other client communications
• CRM maintenance like ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system and keeping distribution lists up to date
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• 3-4 years of relevant industry experience within asset management or financial services
• Strong skills/experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The right to work in the UK
