Please note this role is based on rotational shifts (from 6am to 2:30pm, and from 9:30am to 6pm). As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on!
As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will:
- Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
- Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer.
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
- Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.
About you:
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Strong GDS skills preferably Sabre; a different GDS can be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
