A scaling B2B SaaS company is on the hunt for a hands-on design leader to join their team in London. You’ll be owning the design function, leading a team of 2 (with 2 more hires coming), and shaping the full end-to-end experience of a product used by real businesses every day. This is a great role for someone ready to step up or already leading, who wants to make real impact in a team that values creativity, speed, and zero corporate fluff.
Location: Clerkenwell, London (4 days/week in the office)
Salary: Up to £90k DOE + great benefits
You’ll need:
- Recent experience in B2B/SaaS
- End-to-end product design chops
- A leadership mindset (management experience is a bonus, not a must)
- A passion for building smart, intuitive products with real-world impact
