A leading global brand is looking for a highly organised, experienced Studio Manager to join their fast-paced, in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a high volume of creative projects across digital, photography, and content production teams.

About the Role

As Studio Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination across the creative function. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, overseeing resource allocation, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders across the business. You’ll help shape processes, challenge briefs when necessary, and ensure the team is set up to deliver best-in-class creative work on time and to brief. You’ll also support with content management tasks such as uploading to content systems and creating briefs when required, making this a hands-on and varied position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day workflow across creative, digital, and photography teams
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, and resource mapping
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are clear, complete, and prioritised
  • Maintain and manage the studio project management system (experience with Rike beneficial)
  • Implement and embed project timelines and critical paths
  • Support with admin tasks such as content uploads and brief creation as required
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the studio function

  • Proven experience in a studio/project management role, ideally within a creative agency or in-house studio
  • A solid understanding of the creative process, with the ability to balance multiple projects in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Confidence to challenge unclear briefs and ask the right questions to move things forward
  • Comfortable working at pace and adapting quickly to changes
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Rike is desirable
