About the Mortgage Administrator Role

As the Mortgage Administrator, you’ll work closely with a team of expert Mortgage Brokers, guiding clients at every step of their mortgage journey. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that each case progresses smoothly by handling key communications, managing submissions, and monitoring compliance.

Mortgage Administrator

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Mortgage Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to see each case through to completion with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle complex cases and diverse income structures with confidence and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Take ownership of case compliance, documentation, and follow-up communications, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to final close.
• Consistently exceed client expectations with exceptional service and clear, effective communication.

The Mortgage Administrator Package

• Salary: Up to £32,000 with a £1,000 quarterly company performance bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
• Benefits: Pension contributions and additional company perks

Mortgage Administrator Skills & Experience Required

• Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience and achieving excellent results.
• Proactive Ownership of your work, driving each case to successful completion.
• Strong communication skills for handling interactions between clients, brokers, and lenders.
• A warm and personable phone presence, coupled with excellent written communication skills.
