This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-energy, creatively driven team and play a key role in the daily operations of a busy fashion studio. This role is central to ensuring the studio runs smoothly, supporting both the creative and production teams, and offers great scope for growth within a thriving brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a productive and organised environment.
- Manage studio calendars, bookings, and production schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shoots, samples, and logistics.
- Maintain inventory of samples, equipment, and supplies.
- Support with budgeting, invoicing, and supplier management.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.
- Act as the key point of contact for all studio-related queries and needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a studio or production coordination role, ideally within fashion or creative industries.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
