Our client is a well-established compliance business with over 25 years in the Construction Industry, seeking a Principal Energy & Thermal Modelling Consultant to join their team. They serve residential, commercial, and public sector clients throughout the UK. The company has a 30-strong diverse team dedicated to creating an outstanding service level. They aid the design process and focus on quality living by leveraging industry expertise to support developers in an ever-changing landscape.
This employee-owned company offers a quarterly profit share bonus scheme and actively supports career development through training for continued professional growth.
The role will involve leading multiple ongoing projects and sharing your knowledge and expertise with your team to meet and exceed client expectations. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise using IES-VE and will confidently work in several consultancy services, including:
- Part L compliance
- Energy strategy
- Residential overheating
- Non-domestic thermal comfort
- Passive design analysis
This position will be based in the London office on a hybrid basis, requiring 2 days a week in the office.
