The Role:

As an Electrical Assembly Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, and commissioning of our advanced robotic automation systems. You will work closely with our Engineering Production Manager, contributing to the successful delivery of projects from workshop assembly to company site implementation.

Your responsibilities as an Electrical Assembly Engineer will include:

  • Mechanical and electrical assembly of automation modules, including cabling and wiring of electro-pneumatic systems.
  • Installation and commissioning of systems on company sites.
  • Interpreting and following blueprints, drawings, and established procedures.
  • Accurately measuring and selecting components to ensure precise fit.
  • Assembling complex units and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Maintaining equipment and keeping detailed production records.
  • Reporting on issues, malfunctions, and defective parts.

What We're Looking For from an Electrical Assembly Engineer:

  • Proven experience as a Production or Assembly Engineer.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery.
  • A solid understanding of quality control principles.

  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination and physical fitness.
  • Time-served apprenticeship or relevant qualification in an Engineering discipline.
