I’m working with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary General Practice firm based in South Wales to find an experienced Rural Surveyor / Land Agent to join their established Land team. With offices in the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff and a team of around 25 professionals, this firm covers residential sales, commercial property, valuations & surveys, and land.

  • Renewable Energy – managing landlord interests in long-term lease agreements
  • Utility Claims & Telecoms – lease renewals, compensation, and enforcement
  • Development Land – assisting on options and planning strategy
  • Strong understanding of land-related legislation and commercial awareness
