Non-Executive Director – SME Recruitment & Search Agency Part-Time As a Non-Executive Director (NED), you will work closely with the co-founders, offering your experience and guidance on future recruitment processes, talent strategies, and operational effectiveness. Oversee and advise on talent acquisition strategies, ensuring they align with the company\’s goals. Offer insights and counsel on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best practices. Review and monitor recruitment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Advise on marketing strategies that are proven to work and not those that waste time and annoy clients Represent the company at industry events and forums, building a strong network of recruitment professionals. Experience in working at a Non-Executive Director level / trusted advisor is desirable but not essential.
