Group Buyer – FMCG | Office-Based Craigavon
I\’m recruiting for a newly created Group Buyer role with a well-established packaging business. This senior-level position will lead procurement strategy and supplier management, with a focus on cost control, operational efficiency, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bulk purchasing and negotiate favourable terms
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply and service
- Track procurement KPIs and identify areas for cost savings
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Align purchasing activity with inventory needs and production timelines
- Maintain standards for quality, pricing, and delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior procurement or buying role, ideally within FMCG
