ATM Field Engineer

Datacentrix is looking for an ATM Field Engineer based in East London . The suitable candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing ATM machines and Self-Service Kiosks at various sites, while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) . This role requires regular travel to client sites in and around the Nelspruit region. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential. Qualifications and Experience Required: Matric/Grade 12 (Compulsory) Prior technical experience in the ATM field is essential. Previous experience with Windows and Desktop computers A+ Certification Minimum 5 years’ experience in ATM repairs and installations Own reliable vehicle and valid driver\’s license Responsibilities: Assembling ATM’s Commission ATM Tests and Preparations ATM repairs and Diagnostics/Quality Checks Logistics duties ATM preparation and repairs Refurbishing of used parts Commission and prepare ATMs for installation. Alignment testing on ATM dispensers. Customer training Quality checks of ATM’s Test and resolve technical issues. Self-Management Resolve issues directly with clients.
