The Role
Our client is seeking Lettings Negotiators to join their busy, fast paced and high-performance Sales Lettings department! You will play a vital role in attracting new clients and converting them to long term tenants in one of their flat share properties across London. You would be in charge of your own advertisements and marketing on various platforms. You will be sourcing your own potential leads and ensuring in person viewings. Coordinating and managing your client selection and following the vetting process. Coordinating the rental process from initial setup to final key handover. All pre-tenancy preparation documentation and performing reference checks. Updating relevant systems and reports. Coordination with other departments. Ad-hoc tasks, this is not an exhaustive list.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional languages is very useful, but not essential.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient at various computer systems, applications and property management software.
- Professional and well-presented appearance.
