This is the job: At AA-X, we are revolutionising the car ownership and usage experience by creating connected car ventures that leverage data and AI. As part of our team, you will manage media agency relationships, launch and optimise campaigns, and collaborate with data and creative teams to drive performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring our innovative solutions reach and benefit drivers, enhancing their motoring lives with control, confidence, and joy.
What will I be doing?
- Manage the relationship with our media agency to launch and oversee campaigns across various channels (e.g., paid social, search, and affiliate) aimed at achieving acquisition objectives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders for optimising CVR, ROAS, and CAC.
- Collaborate with the data team to ideate, execute, and report on experiments (including A/B and multivariate tests) designed to enhance performance and test creative hypotheses.
- Brief and partner with internal creatives and external creative agencies on new experiments and campaigns, based on the marketing calendar and previous experiment results.
- Stay informed on industry trends and implement best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective, suggesting improvements to the AA-X team.
- Maintain strong relationships with publisher platforms to drive learning and best practices back into the business, supporting the marketing team in deepening their knowledge of performance media.
What do I need?
- Proven expertise in acquisition marketing within a start-up/fast-growth environment.
- Skilled in running marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in optimising acquisition activity towards CAC, ROAS, and CVR goals.
- Experienced in conducting acquisition experiments, including A/B tests.
- Adept at using a data-driven approach and collaborating with data teams (i.e., data scientists, analysts) to identify patterns and insights.
- Fluent in optimisation techniques and media buying methodologies.
- Understanding of attribution modelling for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with compliance and legal teams is also desirable.
