We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Night Sous Chef to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare daily menu items to the required standard, ensuring correct quantities and timely service.
  • Follow HACCP and Sodexo guidelines for food safety, with accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards in the kitchen, completing all daily documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on buffets/functions, including those outside regular hours.
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service, reporting any feedback or incidents to the Head Chef promptly.

What you'll bring:

  • Holds 706 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent (essential).
  • City & Guilds, NVQ, food allergen course, health and safety, food safety.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar craft role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Passionate about food, with a professional and hygienic appearance.
