As a Ward Catering Host at Sodexo in Nuffield Health Derby Hospital, you are critical to ensuring that we provide excellent all-around service for our patients. Your daily interaction with patients on the ward helps to alleviate some of the stress that is often associated with hospitalisation. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.
What you'll do:
- Chatting with patients and taking food orders
- Arranging/presenting food in an attractive way
- Clearing of all used cutlery and crockery
- Loading and operating the dishwasher
- Ensure the pantry/service areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
What you bring:
- Approachable, compassionate, and friendly personality
- Team player with superb communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box.
- Food hygiene level 2 or above would be great, but don't worry if you don't have this, we are still keen to hear from you.

Package Description:
