Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in multidisciplinary teams to align business, technical, and user experience perspectives.
  • User-centred design: Help to plan and support primary and secondary research activities to capture and assess the insights that underpin our thinking.
  • Co-create Impactful design solutions: Translate complex business challenges into intuitive, visually engaging design solutions that create lasting impact.
  • DesignOps: Show our clients what good looks like when it comes to how we work together, how we get our work done, and how our work creates impact.
  • AI Integration: Identify opportunities where AI can enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Technical proficiency: Proven experience creating scalable, reusable design assets, robust documentation, and comprehensive prototypes.

What we can offer you

  • Competitive salary benchmarked externally and internally for salary fairness: our Lead level banding is £75,000-£90,000 (depending on experience).
  • Company pension contribution of 6% (increasing with tenure).

  • 25 days of holidays + plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday too.
  • We offer a long service annual leave scheme of an additional day per year after three years’ unbroken service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
  • A tiered parental leave policy, which offers 16-weeks maternity full pay and 6-weeks partner full pay (dependant on your tenure).
  • A Learning budget of £1200 per year for self-initiated learning, books and training courses.
  • EV salary sacrifice (dependant on your tenure).
  • A remote-first setup with two days per month to co-work together in London.
  • A flexible wellbeing budget of £50 per month (via a Juno platform subscription).

  • 30min video/telephone introductory call.
  • First round competency based interview with two team members.
  • Second round interview focused on Futurice Values with other Senior members of the team.
