Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in multidisciplinary teams to align business, technical, and user experience perspectives.
- User-centred design: Help to plan and support primary and secondary research activities to capture and assess the insights that underpin our thinking.

- Competitive salary benchmarked externally and internally for salary fairness: our Lead level banding is £75,000-£90,000 (depending on experience).

- We offer a long service annual leave scheme of an additional day per year after three years’ unbroken service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
