Our client is a well-established, respected subcontractor specialising in heritage restoration, conservation, and traditional stonework. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results on high-profile and protected buildings, they are currently looking to expand their skilled site team.

They are now hiring experienced Stonemasons for immediate work across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team working on landmark heritage and conservation projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Stonemason role:
  • Deliver specialist stonemason services including banker masonry, fixer masonry, and stone restoration
  • Interpret technical and architectural drawings
  • Cut, shape, and fit stone using both traditional and modern tools
  • Carry out accurate and detailed work to the highest standard
  • Maintain site health & safety and follow conservation best practices
  • Work as part of a dedicated team on listed buildings and restoration schemes
Requirements for this Stonemason role:
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Stonemasonry (or equivalent qualification)
  • Valid Black or Gold CSCS Card
  • Previous experience as a Stonemason, Banker Mason, Fixer, or Stone Restorer
  • High level of attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Willingness to undergo Parliamentary clearance (arranged by the client)
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites in London and the South East
