Design Lead - to be a manager

They operate across the entire project lifecycle, offering comprehensive services that save our clients time, money, and effort. We are looking for a dynamic Design Manager specialising in Data Centres to join the London office. You will oversee the design management and coordination of data centre projects, ensuring seamless integration of various disciplines and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high-quality client relationships and driving project success. Utilising design management tools to monitor and control project coordination, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery. Support senior staff by preparing project reports, action trackers, and coordinating multidisciplinary activities. Lead the integration of architectural, MEP, and structural information to ensure cohesive project development. Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and delivery of high-quality services. Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and project excellence. Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 6 years in engineering design management, with significant experience in data centre projects. Strong understanding of design management processes, data centre infrastructure, and multidisciplinary coordination. Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
