They are now looking to bring on a Research Manager who is looking to be at the forefront of research to join their team of experts to deliver an unparalleled service to their client base.

KEY DUTIES

1. As a Research Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with a large portfolio of clients, supporting them day to day, and building retention plans.
2. Manage projects, from defining objectives, quality control, and ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Lead the analysis and development of research strategies using platform and ad hoc data.
4. Effectively communicate insights to clients based on platform data, providing clear actionable guidance.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Previous experience managing client relationships and project timelines.
2. Able to interpret performance data to provide strategic guidance to clients.
3. Develop and deliver plans to fulfill strategies for future growth.
4. Experience working with quantitative and platform data.
