Our Klein is well established within their sector located in Watford.

The role of Claims Consultant, reporting to the Member & Employee Services Manager, is to deliver high quality service to our customers.

Your duties include;

You will assist the department to achieve its new business and retention targets by providing customer service excellence.
Claims processes should be performed competently, accurately, professionally, time efficiently and with an attention to detail in all areas.
Providing professional and friendly telephone-based assessments and authorisation of claims
Providing written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions
Dealing with invoice payment queries
Following the correct compliance and processes proceduresWe are looking for a candidate with customer service / claims handling experience, great listener, strong communication skills, able to build rapport and relationship, Proactive with good IT skills.

Your package is £25k, office-based role Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (1h break) 23days holidays, plus 8 bank holidays, training, development, pension, dental care, medical insurance, bonus and great offices and team.
