KFH’s sales negotiator trainee programme is a 6-month placement designed for determined and driven individuals to learn everything about being a KFH sales negotiator. We seek candidates who are early in their careers — whether taking their first step into property, recent graduates eager to learn about property sales, or those considering a career change from industries like travel or hospitality.
Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to deliver service with care. This is a branch-based role with dedicated training from the Talent Development team at KFH House and on-the-job training with branch directors. Additional support is provided through mentors across our branch network.
