TEXO Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager on a Contract basis for our external client based in Colinsburgh, Fife. You will be responsible for managing a new build, residential construction site.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid
- Scaffold experience is beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure project delivery in a timely manner
- Manage staff, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and productivity
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
