This well-known retail business has a very exciting opportunity for a newly or recently qualified lawyer to join its excellent legal team as a Commercial lawyer for the business.

You will have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements relating to supply and distribution, logistics, procurement and product safety as well as supply chain and quality. As part of a collegiate and business facing legal team, you will also advise the business on risk and research new laws and regulations, ensuring the business is made aware of these things.

The opportunity will be best suited to a lawyer with good commercial awareness, who is comfortable with variety and who has done at least one seat in a Commercial team or who has had broad in-house general commercial contracts experience whilst training. Previous in-house experience is welcome but more important is a keen interest to be part of a brand and a business. It is essential you are a self-starter with strong relationship development skills.
