As part of the COO Leadership team, you will shape, establish and lead the future development of our operational support function. You will lead on service delivery and embed organisational behaviours in service of our customers. You will be responsible for developing the operational support strategy encompassing Operational Control Centre, Strategic Planning, Fleet Management & Logistics. Key responsibilities of the job. Lead the delivery of an efficient and effective operational support function. Lead and motivate diverse teams with agility. Develop and implement an appropriate Target Operating Model for the operations support function that aligns with the overall SGN Target Operating Model and meets approved design principles. Own and develop the strategic planning capability and the establishment plan to ensure appropriate resources are provided to meet SGN’s business plan.
