Customer Service Executive – Bilingual candidates only
Manchester City Centre
Salary – up to 35K

You'll play a key part in keeping customer satisfaction high and maintaining relationships with international clients, whilst also engaging in cross-department collaboration to add valuable insight and feedback from the customer's perspective. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers and likes brainstorming with other departments.
Please note that this role requires you to be able to speak English and one of the below:
Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian or Arabic.
What you'll be doing:
- Customer Interaction: Dealing with customer inquiries over the phone, email, and live chat.
- People Person: You'll be the first point of contact for their customers.
- Communicate with clients outside of the UK – Bilingual/multilingual candidates only
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Order Management: Assist customers with their platform ticket bookings, cancellations, and amendments, ensuring all processes are handled smoothly.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience – 2 years preferred.
- An interest in events, sports or live shows due to the industry of this role.
- Ability to speak English plus one of the above languages
- Salary is up to 35K
- Annual Leave of 25 days
