ZutaCore, a leader in liquid cooling solutions for waterless AI factories, seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team as a permanent contractor. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our marketing processes, focusing on lead qualification through ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and channel-based lead distribution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with HubSpot and a proven ability to drive marketing efficiency and sales pipeline success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize ZutaCore’s HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless integration with marketing and sales processes.
  • Create, implement, and maintain automated workflows to nurture leads and support personalized communications.
  • Accurately pre-qualify leads based on ABM strategies and channel-based lead distribution criteria, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and consistent communication throughout the sales funnel.
  • Regularly audit and clean the HubSpot database to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal deliverability and engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes to improve operational efficiency in marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot (certifications preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ABM, channel-based lead distribution, and lead qualification processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and tools.
