Coffee Field Service Engineer

We are working with one of the UK\’s largest independent Coffee Machine specialists, whose clients include pub groups, restaurant chains, fuel retailers & coffee machine manufacturers.

They are seeking Field Service Engineers to join them as a Coffee Engineer undertaking the servicing & repair of coffee machines – both traditional & bean to cup within a region.

Full product training will be provided to those who can use a Multi Meter, Fault Find and have customer facing experience.

Remuneration Package

1. UK wide – £30,000 to £40,000 salary on experience/tier
2. London/M25 – £38,000 to £50,000 salary on experience/tier

Salary + Monthly bonus scheme + company benefits + product specific training + company van + fuel card + tools + smart phone + tablet + optional weekend overtime.

The Position

Based from home and working within an area, you will undertake:

1. Planned servicing & preventative maintenance on coffee machines
2. Reactive breakdown & repair
3. Installation and setup of coffee equipment
4. Deliver equipment training to users (operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
5. Complete all digital & documentation

Your Experience

1. Ability to Fault-Find using a Multi Meter
2. Read/understand diagrams
3. Field based customer facing experience
4. Coffee Machine experience – advantage
