Job Title: Maintenance Electrician (Shift) Location: Portsmouth – Healthcare Site Salary: Up to £36,500 + £3,500 Shift Allowance Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Shift Pattern Including Days, Lates & 1 Weekend in 4) Join a Leading Name in Facilities Maintenance We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our client on a static site in Portsmouth. As part of the on-site maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services across a busy, safety-critical environment. You\’ll work on a shift rotation covering day shifts, late shifts, and 1 weekend in every 4, with generous allowances and a full benefits package. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance. * Supporting the safe operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. * Diagnosing faults and performing effective repairs to minimise downtime. * Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and health & safety standards. * Working collaboratively with the wider FM team to support all site services. About You: * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. * 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (Essential). * Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial/healthcare environments. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Excellent understanding of health and safety. * Ability to work on a shift pattern, including occasional weekends.
