The Role:

• Work closely with the firm’s leadership and global PE partners on significant cross-border transactions.
• Take a leading role in client relationship management and business development.

About You:

• Currently operating at Counsel level or equivalent, with a strong track record in Private Equity transactions.
• Commercially astute, with the drive and vision to grow a client base and contribute to the strategic direction of the group.
• Strong UK or international firm background, with excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who values collaboration but is ready to step into a leadership role.
