A rare opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a renowned in-house legal team in Bristol at one of the UK's largest and leading insurance companies.
In this position, you can expect to handle a varied caseload, including consumer contracts, professional negligence, and inheritance matters. This will involve progressing claims proactively and in a timely manner in line with the terms of the client's legal expenses insurance policy.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigation lawyer with a solid understanding of contract litigation, with previous experience managing small claims and fast track litigation matters. Experience in professional negligence or inheritance claims is desirable but not essential. Experience of handling Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims is a plus but not mandatory.
