About the Venue: Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people. Verdi Italian Kitchen is a destination dining spot, open all day to ticket holders as well as the general public, offering a fantastic menu that covers a range of Italian dishes such as pasta and some of the best sourdough pizza in London!
Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Ideally, you should be an experienced Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie, with proven experience in quality, fast-paced Italian restaurants. Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team.
