About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire and Security Engineer to join their team in the Essex area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of various fire detection and security systems, including:
- Fire alarm systems
- Intruder alarms
- CCTV systems
- Access control systems

Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission fire and security systems at commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct thorough system testing to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

- Perform routine maintenance and reactive servicing on all fire and security systems.
- Inspect systems proactively to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in fire and security systems with minimal disruption to clients.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and servicing fire and security systems.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel between client sites.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Electrical experience related to fire and security systems.
