Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to

Support the Engagement Lead in developing an engaging and meaningful activity programme.

Promote a whole team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing; planning within the B&M activity framework.

To work in line with the Company\’s culture and ethos promoting Commitment, Connection and Compassion

within daily duties.

Work with the Engagement Lead to plan activities for any hours on duty as Activity Organiser; ensuring there

are suitable resources
