Our client is a hugely successful independent insurance brokerage holding chartered status. They have achieved very impressive organic growth over the last decade and continue to do so. They have a network of Account Executives working across the UK, developing their commercial insurance portfolios.
As a result of this, they have seen a big increase in demand for private insurances including medium and high net worth policies from their commercial clients. They have now created a brand-new job opening within this team, which would suit an individual with private client insurance broking experience; previous HNW experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training can be provided.
Progress towards professional qualifications would be desirable; our client is very supportive of CII studies. Also, experience using the Acturis system would benefit your application, but again, is not essential as system training can be provided.
This client currently works on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. They are committed to work-life balance and can provide further flexibility if needed. The office is conveniently located, modern, appealing, and has plenty of parking.
This role comes with a salary of up to circa £30k + a comprehensive benefits package. Due to continuing growth and success, our client can provide excellent progression for those looking to develop a long-term career.
