Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical/HVAC) required in London.
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum
Full-time, Permanent position. Start date: ASAP.
Days of Work: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (flexibility required for Saturday).
Basic DBS Required.
General Overview: The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Mechanical and HVAC equipment in multiple static sites in London, along with minor electrical work. Ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and company processes and procedures. Shifts will be split between different sites for different days, with the potential for Saturday work to be included in the 5 days at least twice a month. Travelling expenses will be paid.
Requirements:
- BTEC Level 3 Certification in Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Level 3 in HVAC
- C&G Level 3 Heating and Ventilation Competent Person
- Mechanical and Pressure Systems
- Experienced in minor electrical, plumbing system maintenance, and fault rectification.
