The successful candidate will guide customers through an online auction process, providing expert support and making the experience smooth, simple and successful.
What the role involves:
- Managing a pipeline of customers who are looking to sell their cars through an online auction platform.
- Reviewing seller listings for completeness and working with them to fill in any gaps before the auction goes live.
- Using industry knowledge to offer helpful advice and set realistic expectations, ensuring the best possible outcome for sellers.
- Clearly explaining each step of the auction process, helping customers feel confident and informed.
- Handling any queries, objections, or negotiations with professionalism and care.
- Communicating effectively through phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet both individual and team targets.
