The Role: Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Data Centres market Managing the entire recruitment process Negotiating with senior level stakeholders Flying out to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business Developing through one-on-one mentoring Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives and NEDs Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business The Requirements: Degree preferred Up to 6 months experience in the Recruitment industry A hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude Ambition, the ability to self-start, and a strong competitive nature Must have the right to work in the UK.
