A leading US law firm has a vacancy for a Senior Discovery Lawyer to join an established team to manage e-discovery projects for antitrust/competition, litigation, arbitration and enforcement practice areas. The post holder will be working alongside Partners, Associates, and clients to develop appropriate e-discovery strategies.

The work will include responsibility for:

  • Managing e-discovery matters, large-scale document requests.
  • Advising on the review and production of data.
  • Managing review and quality control processes.
  • Assisting with the coordination of e-discovery resources across the Firm's global offices.
  • Advising on the best use of technology, maintaining expertise in the newest e-discovery tools. This will include attendance at conferences and meetings with vendor partners.

You will have 5+ PQE as a Solicitor managing e-discovery projects, ideally gained while working for a leading law firm handling complex competition or multi-party litigation matters. Candidates must have solid experience working with Relativity and other document review platforms. You will be ready to develop your career as a Discovery Lawyer with a leading law firm. The role requires excellent organisational skills and a track record of successfully resolving discovery disputes.
