As they continue their exciting growth and expand their international client base, they are seeking a New Business Manager to lead their business development efforts in the UK market.
The Opportunity:
This is a key role for the agency. They are looking for a dynamic individual who can take ownership of their sales function, build a robust pipeline, and convert quality leads into long-term client partnerships. You will have the opportunity to contribute to their sales strategy and play a significant role in their continued success.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the UK market.
- Identify and strategically connect with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Craft and deliver compelling pitches and presentations that clearly articulate the agency's services and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to contribute to and execute effective sales strategies and growth targets.
- Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with the talented service delivery teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the successful delivery of client projects.
Experience required:
- 3-6 years of proven sales/business development experience within the digital marketing or branding sector is essential.

- Demonstrated ability to set up and effectively manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.
