About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of high-end joinery projects across the London region. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from pre-construction to completion, while maintaining quality, budget, and programme requirements.

Requirements

1. Oversee the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery packages
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through to handover
3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
4. Lead project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and direct labour
5. Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations across all sites
6. Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies
7. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients
