Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

Southwark Council is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to manage and enhance customer relations surrounding works to the council\’s housing stock. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in community relations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers at both area and community levels.

  • Oversee and improve customer care, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Monitor customer relations and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

  • Organise and manage customer consultation events and processes.

  • Perform partial administrative duties, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships.

  • Experience in handling customer consultation events and processes.

  • Knowledge of administrative tasks, particularly using Excel.

  • Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.

  • Familiarity with working in the public sector is beneficial but not essential.
