Please Note: This is a hybrid working Full-Time contract opportunity, further opportunities for a contract extension may be extended to the right candidate.

Salary: 38k to 46k + bonus
Role Overview:
Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Supply Chain departments is essential for formulating and implementing a comprehensive customer strategy. The primary objective is to enhance customer retention, drive improvements, and foster growth on a global scale.
To accomplish this, focus will be placed on vital aspects of the customer journey, including the successful execution of customer projects related to proposition development, management of website user experience, utilisation of feedback tools, partnership marketing initiatives, support proposition development, and exploration of AI opportunities.
Desirable Experience:
- Current or previous experience within a Customer Experience or Customer Analyst role
- Exposure to Strategic CX, Digital UX, Content development, Marketing/ CX projects
- Exceptional analytical skills, knowledge of customer analytics tools
- Self-motivated with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, specifically when analysing data and surveys
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Team player
